I’ll first start of with the info that suggests to me that this could indeed be the final one, as many figures seem to match.

1) Jenks holding of 28,295,190 was indeed his last holding – refer last form 604 signed off as at Feb 26, 2016

2) Voting power mentioned there was 6.71% and 6.72% in this latest Bloomberg file. Very similar

3) Previous notice mentioned in form 604 was 34,879,780 shares and difference from final holding would be 6,593,870 shares. This is the same amount mentioned here as latest change.

4) Last column is not clear but it appears to be mm/dd/yy format. Month in that case seems to suggest Feb which matches when he sold

5)Alf Gillman holding of 4.25 million shares matches with his appendix 3y which showed change from old holding of 4.1 million shares. New shares acquired shows there as 150000 shares on Jan 20, 2016. This again matches perfectly with this new file - completely with final number of shares, latest change and month also suggests January.

6) Chris CAtlow appendix 3y seems to show holding of 190,477 shares. Date of change was Jan 20, 2016. The figures are not properly visible in this latest Bloomberg file but do look like 190,477. Also date does look like January (mm/dd/yy shows as 01)

So all above info suggests that this is indeed the final one, as I find it rather odd that so many figures would be updated while others won’t.

Now coming to your comment, well to be honest, I don’t know if this is the final one and am not going to say it is. As exberliner says, the dates of reporting these positions are in the far right. So, I’m not sure if some are updated and some aren’t based on who reported and who did not or something of that sort.

I think I know who Rod Blair is, and for very long, there were 2 holdings (and not just one) in the separate names of both Rod Blair and Blair Metals – 2 separate holdings. If I’m not mistaken, there were no movements in both since long time, but can’t be sure. I'm also not sure of the nominees holding.

I’m not going to get into a debate as to whether or not this is the latest because quite frankly I don’t know. As you say, I did find the small 190 K holding of Catlow appearing in Top 20 a little odd; so maybe you are right.

For that reason I would like a direct internet link, and have wanted one from TON since long. It should always have been the responsibility of the company itself to provide us this info rather that us hunt for it. As I’ve always said, hiding the top 20 will lead to a lot of unnecessary speculation, with people inevitably assuming the worst.

Having said that, as I mentioned above, I can’t help but notice that a lot of info that we did have access to (Jenks, Gillman, Catlow) seems to match perfectly with the final available info. So, I'm not going to dismiss the possibility of this being the final one too. Like I said, I don't know.

Many sincere thanks again to @exberliner1 for giving us some info, when our own company refuses to provide this to us, and I for one am very grateful for his comment and info provided to us.
