Completely agree. As stated previously, am a keen observer over there as well , yet fail to see how financing discussions could be progressing unless all 240kt projected output can be accounted for. Still have a lack of confidence in the Chinese off takes , yet honestly believe they are in discussions with other potential off take partners due to recent results. Unfortunately, as we have seen with SYR recently, many of these off takes will be in the low ranges, eg 10-20kt per annum, and that will be a lot of off take agreements required before any financial institution will go near them.
