Interesting to see if Brahman are in it for the arbitrage opportunity or the long run value. My bet is that they like the long run value and the directors will end up getting kicked out. Sweetener only goes so far against what the assets are really worth. Good to see that the market still operates in a healthy way and that farces can be exposed for what they are. Eshmun
