I've expected a 10:1 consolidation all along and am happy with the investment outlook that follows that - shares in the new GRD entity would well exceed 20c in 1 to 2 years and long term could well be phenomenal. My outlook on this one is long term btw.

If you look at the figures 5:1 represents a listing price that is far too high for a back door entry - ie Gridcomm could find a better deal, so it makes it appear highly unlikely to me.

I wouldn't complain if we do get 5:1 though - I'll be over the moon
