Its amazing how we all read things differently...

For me, todays announcement has special significance.... Simply, I know they are going a head with Intiger...

As @TraderGT pointed out... WE ARE BECOMING INTIGER... and that's enough for me for now...

On the other hand, Meeting notice is now due on or about 6 April which means somewhere between 1 April and 10 April...
Lodgement of prospectus on or about 15 April which means somewhere between 10 April and 20 April.... In other words they can hide information for another 2-3 weeks and then they have to lodge the prospectus... The prospectus although might not explain everything but it would have sufficient information. At this stage we will know if the IPO is underwritten by Cicero as mentioned in the acquisition announcement.
Shareholders meeting on or about 5 May... which means somewhere between 1 May and 10 May... and as soon as I know the date of the meeting I will put it in my diary and will try hard to attend... and then I will have chance to further clarify things with the chance of asking direct questions... so this means another 4-6 weeks of wait...At this stage, SRT will go into suspension to officially become Intiger
Closing date of prospectus on or about 13 May... which means somewhere between 10 May and 20 May... At this stage, we will know the response of investors towards acquisition... whether there is a short fall, desired subscription achieved, over subscribed or massively over subscribed... Anything is possible however I think it will at least achieve minimum subscription... Massively oversubscribed is my desire lol
Completion of acquisition on or about 20 May but lets say end of May...

At this stage, everything is in the hands of ASX... Although the RTOs has been slow lately and the trend is still intact therefore I am expecting things to progress quick... however, I would not surprised if it takes 4 weeks... So I am expecting the whole process to be completed by early to mid July....

So if anyone wants to sell their shares as you can't keep your cash suspended for two months perhaps sell your stock before meeting date... I am planning to hold most of my stock may trade with small parcels like I do most of the times...

All in all, I am happy to wait another 3 months...
