1-Page downgrades candidate profiles claim
ASX-listed recruitment platform 1-Page has revealed it had between 250–300 million candidate profiles in its database as of March 2016, despite claiming last year the number was over one billion.
In announcing unaudited results for the year ended January 2016, the cloud-based platform, which allows potential candidates to pitch their value in the form of a '1-Page' proposal, also said it launched new data in February that led to a 240% increase in the average pool size of candidates.
The results show 1-Page's revenue from services grew 217% to $413k year-on-year, on the back of new client bookings worth $4.2 million.
Total revenue including interest and foreign exchange gains shot up by 167% to $945k.
The operating loss of $11.3m reported in 2014 grew to $14.3m, exacerbated by research and development, sales and marketing and share-based expenses.
The company had a cash balance of $48.7m, compared to $7.4m in October 2015.
