The launch of CL for sale in April has been flagged by the company a few times so I don't believe the TH is for that, nor would I think it would be necessary. If the company has gone into a TH just to announce the official launch then that will be a joke.
In the Commsec interview of not long ago, George mentioned GM had interest in taking CL to Europe so my hunch is that they have expanded the contract to cover Europe as well. This sort of news would require a TH at this point in CXZ's life cycle as it would materially impact their prospects and result in a material change to guidance.
UND, whether good or bad news, I am not surprised the SP hasn't moved as these guys run a leak free ship when it comes to info and are cognisant not to embellish prospects and outcomes (at least in my dealings with them).
