The rules re pictures are mostly set by Google, or we lose large advertising.
Some of that is written into the posting guidelines (nudity etc)
The weapons is part of inciting violence, but it depends how used. Not sure why it was moderated without hunting.

The other rule re pictures is what day traders themselves have asked for on these threads, which is no videos or large pics (other than charts) to get in the way of the fast moving DT thread whilst market is open.
After market is open slather.
If DT'ers want the pics, you'd have to vote on it in an after market thread, but mostly, it's been said that you want it to remain fast moving and no off topic posts (like mine!)
