Leo - Don't you think that volume confirmation is lacking for H&S classic, esp on the down-run from the right shoulder (volume should increase to be convincing).Also, we need a significant break in neckline support - of course, I wouldn't be surprised if that does eventuate. I think your price target is unlikely though - how about the previous resistance at $36 ?
