The opportunities to accumulate at the base were in years to date. That is not the issue I have but the potential for growth of this industry. Too many competing green energy source that are far less polluting to the environment as Fukushima has sadly exposed. This energy was not what once it was promoted to be anymore. Times have changed and trapped bulls is 5th year in the waiting, half a decade!
