Understandig 3.1 they have already disclosed they must have a plan and proposal to the banks by the end of march. I beleive the details and acceptance do not need an announcement to comply to this ruling.
They have also already disclosed repercussions and consequences. And as much as a reasonable person may want to know the material detail i believe are not required to be known.
But hey I'm a mere mortal and are happy to be proven wrong. I guess the asx and any announcement may prove me wrong.
