SGH have kept the details of the SFA private and don't have to disclose the underlying detail acording to listing laws I believe. So, based on their past level of disclosure, and what they have to by law, I would think a fairly general in nature Ann will be made towards end of the month. I think the Ann with contain some broad stroke details about the amended facilty but, will be frustatatingly lacking in detail like so many of the other ann this past few months. I wouldn't be suprised if once again we are waiting for another date however, I certainly do not believe we will be looking at VA, or something alike, as there Is a lot of growing revenue to work with and restructure, despite the high costs and writedowns. I certainly would not have invested the same amount as I have now that it has been much worse than anticipated although, it is certainly worth holding through this period of mis-managment, short selling and bad luck. Selling into the VA panic price is not worth it vs. the odds of a moderatly sustainable turn around over the next couple years.
