A plausible expaliantion for no announcements is IMHO that no deals have been done and none are necessarily being done. Acquisition of the Intevia license could easily have been part of the acquisition of TFS (by agreement of TZL perhaps) and TZL may simply be taking atime to sort out just what their relationship with PE will be.... i.e. if there are any opportunities for synergies or relationships with any of PE's other businesses.

I remain sceptical that the silence is purely because of commercial sensitivities ... its some time now since PE agreed to buy TFS so where's the need for secrecy??? There is a need however IMHO for TZL to inform its shareholders of what the implications are of the closure of the PE deal, and to update us generally.
