    Hi Mozmet, thanks for that, why do you think they have gone down this path and what are your thoughts on whether the Sheffield amounts would ever be classed as debts, to me they look like optional payments, if we don't pay we just stay at 80% ownership of Grafex, so I cant see a debt existing. Obviously don't know the finer details of contracts etc but that's what all announcements to date have suggested.
