Once the company does its remediation works, and I believe it already has, liquidating the company is just all too easy. It has a bundle of cash, farm more than what it needs to meet creditors and employee entitlements. It is/has shut down its shop front.
I cant see that this is complex nor should it be excessively costly as would be the case if the company was insolvent and owing heaps to creditors and banks.
Shut the company down. Let us shareholders recoup back as much as we possibly can and let us get on with our lives.
