announcement wanted Like you Hardmano I would dearly like some information in order to make my own conclusions and to therefore act with knowledge but I do not see why a simple statement of what PE has already released is not made as it would cost TZL nothing (if that was all there was to the deal). However, if PE had obtained the Intevia license they too would have announced it and note carefully that no such clear statement has been made.

I can only conclude that the deliberate silence is a necessary consequence of related deals. They are therefore forbidden from disclosing details at present. PE are deal makers not interested in low tech fasteners. They are probably rearranging company structures already with many assets being prepared for separate sale. They want added value and Intevia applications will be all they were ever after. No TZ - no Intevia so my opinion is completely unchanged about the immediate future. All other scenarios I have considered as suggested by many here and elsewhere have glaring anomalies and you don't lightly spend AU$1 B on these deals without a firm end game. In this case the end game consists of Intevia, and TZ holds at least three of the aces. I'm staying put but others of course can please themselves.
