Simply submitting documents (or proof of other kind) to the FDA is not price-sensitive news and so does not have to be announced to SH. They could announce it, just for the benefit of SH's but obviously it does not rate a mention.
I mean, seriously, the real ANN has to come when the FDA either accepts, accepts with reservations, or rejects the proof.
THAT is when an ANN will be made. IMO, DYOR, etc.
