Placing shares around these levels would be a disaster for everyone involved and the market would loose confidence in management.
Also MOU's are worthless when a project has everything ready but $$ to build. ALK needs offtakes first.
However .
What if I.C was talking about issuing shares in the company subsidiary DZP.
Since there is no value to the DZP in the sp. IMO this would make me happy because there would be no dilution and value can be added to the ALK shareprice
