I'm familiar with said resolution... I received it in the mail (since I'm a noteholder), attended the meeting, and quoted the link above. You said "not 1 but 4 additional board members" .... can you please point me to the line in your quote below where it suggests this in the same amendment?

There were indeed four seats at board offered, but only on the day and only discussed with Aurora. This was disclosed in the meeting.
