You know a call option is the right to buy something mate?
How is the land a call option exactly?

Another thing I've noticed is that you are adamant that oil prices are going to rise. Whilst this is likely there is no guarantee of this.

No doubt another thing that JC believes (prob from you!) conveniently assuming that noteholders and shareholders share this increased risk appetite.
