Nice bullish piece from UBS this morning on WHC.
Their fair value is $1.64, risk adjusted they have a price target of $1.00.
Thye are saying the market is underestimating WHC's ability to reduce debt .
They are not foccussed enough on the spot coal price which is doing very well and
is what matters in the case of WHC and too focussed on the forward coal price.
56/58 cents is the 50% retrace from the rally high (yes we're backing -50%). For mine the buy area.
unless you think it should go all the way back to 35 cents.
