The fact is the options deal is a disgrace . What the hell were they thinking?
We are all supporters of the Company and will continue to do so. However I can't sit back and let this slide.
RM should at once amend the 4-1 options deal and replace it with 1-1 . I think we can all live with that. We don't want to divide the shareholders at this crucial stage of the Company but as far as I can see SJB has garnered a lot of support.
As far as RM's salary is concerned approx 20% of this raise is going into his pocket . Should be more like 10%.
It's time for the posters here to galvanise for each other rather than galvanise for the select few. The fact that many state that without RM there is no AVQ then that should also be addressed. If he gets struck down by a bus does that mean AVQ is finished ?
