They may very well be able to debt fund it 100% without diluting the current shares but:
there are concerns about the way the project is funded and once they meet their financial commitments, there is little in the way of profit for the company.
It fantastic to quote all the great figures but what is the bottom line, will stage two revenue generated be chewed up because of the financial arrangements to fund this project?
On thing Bill Turner hasn't mentioned in his releases is how stage two will be paid for and the exact financials re stage one.
