He is definitely an "Insider", not sure if he is James or Not.

He used the Quote about Wade deal being "On Foot" (he did not mentioned Wade then) on 31 Dec 2015, before any release from AZZ to the public about the Wade deal still being "On Foot".

He quoted: You guys really are unbelievable. He met with key noteholders well in advance of the meeting hence the addendum that was included i.e. Security , extra payments , board representation , if more was wanted why wasn't it spelt out at that meeting.

Note the words...."HE" met with key noteholders (not the Board of directors with lawyers met with Noteholders).

And note the words......"KEY Noteholders"........how did he know it was with KEY Noteholders......the Company press release in March, was with "Noteholders".

Furthermore, note the words....."If more was Wanted why wasn't it spelt out at that meeting".

How did he know there was ONLY one (that) meeting?

And how did he know more demands was NOT requested by Key Noteholders then?!?

That kinda of information is only from someone on the "Inside"
