Pay cut decision, page-32

A 10% pay cut at mining level will make absolutely zero difference to the success of ARI. They start here to hide their inefficiencies elsewhere. It's a token effort to make it seem as though they are attempting to reduce costs, when in reality..... well we can see whats happening there.

The execs and board probably spend more than the proposed pay cut on their morning coffee and cake whilst telling each other what a wonderful job they've done.

I certainly do believe the upper echelon are receiving a lot more than they should be given the circumstances though.
