Are you all serious? The sales and purchase agreement is with the MD's buddy from Singapore (Daryl Tng) who started up Vital Xense in August (227 days ago) single operator although I'm sure they could fill an office if needed. No revenue attached; no $ exchanged; just a barter deal.
Market cap at $60M for an incubator R&D company with no revenue streams, no sales channels, oh and no proven product; a select few are laughing their asses off that "investors" are parting with their money.
Not down ramping; just highlighting a few facts. Happy to be educated otherwise, just can't see any value in XPED yet, MC should be sub $2M IMO
