Questions to be asked for the Future.

(1) Is the proposed exploration & drilling program going to be concentrated on greenfields exploration OR to test & expand known discoveries including Buccaneer, Hyperion, Vampire, ect, to a JORC standard.

(2a) Coyote plant. Is it ABUs intention to retain the plant on care & maintainence. If so WHY? & to what advantage. (2b) Is the company prepared to pay the full $3 million for total ownership of the plant & accompanying exploration tenements. (2c) If the plant is retained, what is the point of stripping the gold saturated plant if the company has the intention of utilizing the plant in the future.

Questions to be asked from the Past.

At the last AGM in November 2015 the questions were asked about the ANZ loan facility. The reply from the BOD was that due to the perilous financial situation that the company now found itself in due to the serious shortfall in production ounces, the worst thing that could be done was to activate the loan facility. Since that time the loan facility has indeed been tapped. Who made that decision & WHY.

A brocher was posted to ABU holders dated February 19, 2015. As we all know the company came nowhere near the intentions outlined in the brocher, but at that time we were debt free & shares were about 33 cents. Since that time we have produced 12,000 ounces of gold & with interest we are about $4 million in dept & our shares at time of writing are 4.5 cents. The mind boggles.
