I'm pretty sure that the information posted right here on HC by various members has highlighted the fact that the NJV will not reopen. There is simply not enough high grade, easily mined ore left in the ground. Game over at the NJV.
So what options does that leave? The company is running very lean, qtrly statements show a very low cash burn on salaries so I don't see many passengers.
Bottom line, these guys are in survival mode and it might be better than some of the alternatives.
