We will never know reason why McBain & Woolley sold their parcels, except that they can and don't need permission to do so. ...who knows, maybe they had massive tax bills to pay? Sell occurred at the end of a particular annual quarter.
My opinion is to do with highlighting perhaps, the "BIG PICTURE" perspective here and growth potential on the back of excellent clean & green proven branding. All entities discussed are individual and independent in their own right.... common thread is exactly that, what they have in common and all working within the same area of the State.
