Hasn't SGH  been in discussion with it's lenders since at least the end of Feb, if not before.

Slater & Gordon bankers bring in investigative accountants

I cannot help but think there's not going to be anything in any submission that SGH makes to it's bankers right now that contains anything they haven't been aware of for months already.

And ... let's see what panic is going on around SGH offices right now.

Not sure any of their office equipment is on eBay

Not aware that they're cutting staff.

Not sure of any offices being closed - other than during a bit of re-structuring a couple of months ago.

Still advertising for business - I think.

Not aware of a staff 'exodus', other that the usual percentage of staff movement that you would normally associate with such a large workforce - if anything they seem to be hiring.

Don't see any announcements to shareholders announcing impending doom - don't see how they can avoid them, even if they wanted to.

In fact, as far as I can establish ... it's business as usual in SGH-land.

If anything it appears that SGH is actually growing.

I'm sure, if there was a skerrick of bad news around SGH the 'news' media would be on it in a flash - strikes me it's like a media-trophy to get in first with any dirt on SGH. And there isn't any.  Just repeats of the stuff that's been going around for at least weeks.

I could go on ... but you get the picture.

Like I say, there are only my thought, so don't read anything in to them.  And, I've been know to be wrong occasionally in the past, so ... if anyone can bring any facts to contradict my notion, I'd be eternally grateful.

    Many thanks in advance.

    It's still fun
