I think there are far more people than you realise that can benefit from the information/questions you're asking. There is nothing new to report so IMO sharing your thoughts and trying to demonstrate your understanding of where the company is at is beneficial to everyone. Even if you're wrong, at least by posting it someone can help to correct you.
There are no stupid questions.... etc.
Much more interesting than the ramping/down ramping on no basis and impatient posts constantly pondering when something will happen.
