B) Because its hard enough to get a single answer from the company (I emailed them a question today)

C) Because there seems to be plenty of people on here "in the know"

D) Because the company has not seemed to have ever released a statement saying we had a SAA to begin with. The Ann on the 25th March 2015 that announced the PL over San Jorge does not mention we ever got a SAA.... (that does not mean anything in itself i grant you). However the ann. about the PL over Kolorosi did have a whole paragraph about the SAA we had there (before the lease) so that is a little strange but again is not conclusive in itself....

Of course the argument back to me is "well its the process, you can not get the PL without the SAA" and "the minister would not act so incompetently as to issue a PL without first addressing the SAA" because SIG ministers never get anything wrong ever.....
