Unless of course one is to totally dismiss the independent's report as the company seems to do when they then state their very own internal summary based on apparent X years of experience, it reeks of amateur hour.
They use D and M's previous report to create the initial roar here, then more or less dismiss the IRR, and instead wallow on about their own X years of experience and how they think the resource is 3 x bigger than D and M report.
