re: getting hammered whats the deal Not much have changed for EQN, but sentiment seems to be against this African monster copper mine at the moment.
We should expect the funding to be out of the way in the next two months.

And production is going to start 2 Qtr 2008. If the copper prices are around that time about half of what they are today, EQN is going to make a fortune.

You just need to invest for the future with this company but the future can come very quick.....

First milestone will be the funding under their belt.
A mining contract is already in place with Ausenco from which details have been agreed on in principle.

During the building of the mine we can expect more exploration sweetners that will help the share price.

This African monster resource could well become a "goldmine" if the stronger for longer mining boom keeps going.

But as I said before even at half todays copper prices they will be printing their own money.

Current shareprice weakness could be the best time to add EQN to your portfolio imho.
