This sideways movement is fantastic really, the longer it keeps up the higher it will jump. This is the strongest support I have seen of VTX/WGL and thats not even taking into account the missed date of the app release.
There will be easy money to be made once the app comes out, if you are into short term stuff....if you are already on board.
