All fair points guys but I still think your worrying to much or have to much free time to worry so much. What about there ratings on the two stores??. Still very good. How many times have we all recieved poor service from a company that is still around?.There is many of them out there. If NOR came back to you with 100 bucks of free credit would you then change your view?. I think you would and talk them up to others and feel much better. Thats how you keep customers happy!!.
