Hypothetically speaking, let's say in 9-12 months time RWD raises $75m to RBC at prices north of $1/share, would you still consider the roadshow a failure? As much as I'd love RBC to buy on-market today, these things can take time. Following the roadshows, there are a number of funds such as RBC who have RWD on the radar. Perhaps the release of the PFS is what many of these funds are waiting for.
