Although you can't seriously tell me that all the signs telling them to get engaged and get active aren't having an impact???

I admit that they should have issued a Target Statement pretty quickly saying something along the lines of "...we appreciate TIO's continued interest in Flinders Mines Limited and encourage them to strengthen their offer as the Directors feel the current offer by TIO undervalues Flinder Mines..." etc. It is a take-over offer and there appears to be no break-free clause to constrain them.... < that took about 15 seconds to type and yet they have had over a week formally to craft a response and nearly 3 weeks to think about a response.
