Apart from that article being 9 years old, it shows the owners of Rosas & Petals is supporting the government, considering they were in a civil war only 4 years prior to this, I can imagine the country would have been a mess. Support for the government would be essential to stabilise the country. This is different to making business decisions between the parters Lucapa, Endiama & Rosas.
