Mate I'm only being honest... All i'm trying to do is offer some balance to this discussion and I'm sensing some resentment already.. I understand I'm defensive of my investments too..
You don't make "educated" guesses I assume every investment decision is based on sound financial analysis... What are your qualifications and experience?
