Latest on CNN is that they are still striking! No resolve. Suspending operation & breaking off talks (17 mins ago on Reuters). Workers had illegally blocked access roads and put workers health & safety at risk. Up to the halt of operations today the mine was producing more than half of its normal output, which is roughly 3,500 tonnes of copper per day and losing some $16m if np per day.
