I have spent some time thinking about this issue today. What I cannot come to grip with is this: Since the discoveries in FAN and SNE have already been made and the appraisal of the latter is well in hand, what is the purpose of the incentive? In other words, what will the directors and managers do differently as a result of the incentive that they would not do anyway? I can't find an answer to that question so therefore I will vote NO for my 1m shares.
