My question is........where is the limit of the speed you speak of?

IMO......technology is always evolving.........so what is considered adequate today could be seen as little more than dial-up tomorrow.

Next question.........who is willing to pay?

I have just been migrated from ADSL to NBN FTTN.

My tested line speed checks out at 145 Mbps down and 54 Mbps up possible.

I initially went for 25/5 and that is being achieved, but now it seems for $30 extra I could be getting 100/40 Mbps.

I've also read where Telstra is trialing 5 Gbps wireless speeds in capital cities.

I think before we start talking about internet speeds we should understand where such speed is needed and who is prepared to pay for such speeds.

    Cheers
