Arrium is a business.
The Board wasted a billion dollars expanding into IO despite warnings and risks, all with debt(borrowed money). Nothing to do with Unions, greens, left v's right paradigm or red tape. We don't know if it was incompetence or corporate fraud, an investigation will find that out.
This decision was not based on serving the shareholder and shareholder only, it fked the shareholder.
