You get 1 form and 1 submission, you can send your money in just before the SPP closes. It doesn't matter what time you accept your SPP and send the money as long as the money and form gets to them before the closing date. Once that is reached they will tally up all the cash, then scale it back as a % depending on how far over subbed it is
