Any thoughts on when we may hear on the DD or finance, page-55

Thank you for your resonse. The way I see it is for one of the so called more advanced graphite stocks on the ASX the sp certainly does not reflect that. All I read about from you guys is how you boast about the TK offtakes and German banks and all these other things that make KNL the stand out.

Well look at the SP. Nearly trading at one year lows yet all this great news is setting you apart.

I truly think management have no idea when they will get finance and don't want to be held accountable for saying when they will get it.

Another CR before finance will be a killer for this company. BFS 9 months ago and still no finance.

Also I would be looking for the exit if a company posted a timeline without dates.



The funniest thing there is the comment at the bottom. "Strategic advantages of being one of the first into production".

Shouldn't that be if and when we get finance? Seriously how can they make that claim? Make it once finance is approved.

With that timeline you have an open ended date for finance and construction.

The management has done this timeline without dates so they can not be held accountable in my opinion. Not the most reassuring thing is it.

Have a look how long they have been using it for.

Maybe, just maybe KOH might be correct in what he is saying about graphite prices collapsing for the main offtake you have. Did they lock in a price for the offtake? As for KNL supplying matterial for batteries I must have missed that offtake.

Now a certian Tanzanian graphite company that I have shares in just released a BFS and yes all the timeline dates are given so they can be held accountable for missing targets.
