KNL MCAP is still about $28m. This is where it was prior to the cap raise. The share price is near the cap raise price. This is normal following cap raise. So yes, the share price is at 15.5 cents but the market is still valuing the company the same. The story has not changed.
In KNL’s letter to shareholders in December 2015 they said they expect to start construction in the second half of 2016. KNL also said in another announcement that they expect construction to start 3 months after debt funding is confirmed. KNL is still well within its own projected time frames.
