The Treasurer’s statement that the top 10% of incomes from working age persons pay 50% of personal income tax IS CORRECT
The term PROGRESSIVE TAX is a contranym in this context.
The term UNFAIR TAX would better describe the situation, (and damned be the lesser 90%)
