Apparently I do understand to that the highest top ten percent of paying taxpayers, largely overlaps the top ten percent of earners.
There is myth is that there are 10 000's of chauffeur driven non-taxpayers about Australia, that are getting off Scott free, if only we could find them? Really.
If they have structured the taxes in mitigation, their links to the country are tenuous of necessity & practical import, and a witch hunt would chase them, AND THERE NEEDED CAPITAL to friendlier destinations.
How do you think Tax Havens Get rich? The Standard of living in the Cayman's Lichtenstein BVI & Bermuda are of the highest in the world, and that isn't the RICH side of the spectrum, but their poorest!
