    Personally I think Kam Lung is trying to delay the commitment to CNX so that the Suma case don't have a pot of gold to shoot for.
    If CNX can demonstrate that it has no income very little resources Suma may see its not worth it, but with a fresh bank account or a new big fish share holder Suma may think its still worth pursuing?
